the place was spotless and staff were qualified, i loved absolutely perfect location. the room was large, recently refurbished and the beds were large. it was right next to amsterdam heart of the city. the experience was really unforgettable and i would return there.

Totally very very good experience. Unbeatable location, beautiful room, exceptional staff, I loved it. The place was close to Amsterdam downtown.

This hotel was great value for money as opposed to other options. The location was cool, staff was unobtrusive. Rooms were warm and light, with soundproofed windows. The staff did all they can for an awesome stay. The service was polite and the food was different.

Silent and clean hotel, cozy location. It was nice to have tasteful hardboiled eggs, slices of fresh bread, cheese, sausages and pancakes in the morning. Hassle-free check in & the service was nice.

A such wonderful stay and good value for price. The staff were highly professional, the room was surprisingly big and I loved favorable location. Super beds, terrace, coffee and microwave were a nice touch. The selection of perfect breads, scrambled eggs, pancakes, hot waffles and sausages was a bonus. Pool with the mountain view was good👌

Shame the bathroom was too small.

the hotel is very clean. 5 mins walk to the centre. we really loved our coffee with goodies at l' amour ice & bagels. beds just comfortable.

That lift was missing. The street, it was noisy.

The breakfast was good, as always. Some of our favorite spots such as tropenmuseum were adjacent to the hotel. Nothing beats being in citadel. It's worth staying here and exploring Amsterdam City Center district.

The hotel's setting was right by such tourist attractions as rembrandtplein. We loved the fact that we chose citadel.
